Arabians have intentions to build two 75-metre-high towers in Sofia's centre, the Standart daily reported.


The skyscrapers will be build after a design by �Kuwaiti Al Wafa Al Arabia' Real Estate and their Bulgarian partners from �Krapsi Holding' AD.

 

Sofia's Mayor Boiko Borisov and  Chief Architect from Sofia Municipal Council Petar Dikov already permitted the constructions.

 

The twin towers will be situated in �Serdika' residential complex.

 

In the two towers will find place offices, a five-star hotel, shopping center and underground parking lot with 2,500 places.

 

Gardens will flourish on the roof that will rise at 270 m above the ground, informed the Starndart.
